Sales on our website are processed by Google Checkout. Your credit card will be charged upon completing a shopping transaction. We will confirm receipt of your order within 24 hours.
Orders will ship within 48 hours via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping costs are $5.95 ($9.95 for Alaska and Hawaii) for your entire order. We currently ship only to the USA. Please contact us via e-mail at store@cookingformonkeys.com if you live outside of the US.
If you require expedited or overnight delivery please e-mail us your request and someone will return your e-mail promptly.
If the item you order is out of stock we will contact you to see if you would like to wait for it, or if you would like to be issued a full refund.
Returns will be accepted within 7 days of your item delivery. You must first contact us for an RA number. Merchandise must be unused and in original packaging. Your purchase will be refunded or exchanged less total shipping fees.
